RE: BUZZFEED UK cutting half its editorial roles.
A quick check shows Buzzfeed UK posted losses for year end 2017 (filed December 2018) after tax and minority interests.
Shows that "group turnover increased to £33.4m in year to 31 Dec 2017, up from £20.5m, or 63%. The group's operating loss for the year was £1.9m (2016 loss £3.3m)"
