my wife is an OB/gyn doc. She was all pro baby/fetus blendering until during her residency she had to witness the demise of identical twins. They forced a delivery somehow (pitosin or other drugs) and the perfect twins popped out ALIVE. they were placed in a cold stainless steel pan and laid there gulping for air slowly suffocating.
