Does the approval of a border wall imply agreement with the need for it, and thus set a legal precedent which retroactively highlights illegal measures to obstruct measures to provide for the defense of Americans and their property?

My thought about the deep fakes is that it might have to do with the public, not with the cabal. If audio and video of the public doing all manner of who-knows-what is on Big Tech's and foreign adversary servers, then that information could be used to bring down society if made public…unless there is a very massive push to get people to suspend judgement around this content if/when it comes out. Will it be enough? Regardless, whatever the outcome, it might just disgust humanity enough shutdown the internet.
