Fair enough.

The New Testament provides two accounts of the genealogy of Jesus, one in the Gospel of Matthew and another in the Gospel of Luke.

Anyone who knows anything about the Biblical Jesus is aware of His nationality, as well as the fact that He was called "Son of David," fulfilling all the prophecies concerning the Messiah. If Jesus was NOT of the tribe of Judah, and a descendant of David, his birth, life and death would mean NOTHING, because that would also mean that Jesus was NOT the Messiah. You cannot even be a Christian without believing that Jesus is the promised Messiah of scripture!

Don't be shilly, MORAN. Jesus IS the rightful Messiah, King of the Jews, King of Kings, Lord of Lords. The fact that Jesus was rejected by the Jewish people He came to save, and delivered up to the Romans for Crucifixion is a matter of history and has always been an article of four Christian faith.

To acknowledge Jesus as the prophesied heir to the throne of King David, rejected by His own people is not an inherently "pro-jew" position. It is just the TRUTH.

Stop lying to impress the uneducated.
