I'm talking about the power itself, not the system. The system's details on how to handle the convicted are irrelevant. I'm saying that there shouldn't be any secrecy kept from the people given that the government is merely a custodian of OUR power. They represent US in trials. They SERVE US, or at least are supposed to. Each individual American citizen holds more of a right to know than a Supreme Court Justice given they are our subordinates at the end of the day. Of the people, by the people, for the people.
