Has anyone memed the difference between:

28 members of SWAT with full tac gear and rifles needed to arrest Roger Stone, a 66 year old man with a deaf wife who is accused of lying but has cooperated.

Versus:

"A dozen narcotics officers, along with several patrol officers," to go after a drug dealer, where 4 officers were shot?

There has to be a meme here somewhere. I'm just not smart enough.
