Her behavior is completely unacceptable. She is humiliating these ppl. I feel sorry for her kids or family members. I'm sure they've been subjected to her nasty self.
This video shows her horrible behavior is REWARDED by offering her another seat. She should have been kicked off the airplane.
I completely agree with you on the weight limits. Frankly, I think it should be a set weight per person (ex.300 lbs) and if you weigh 100 then you can take up to 200 lbs of luggage) or something similar. You get the point.
