A federal judge includes a judge of a United States district court, a judge of a United States court of appeals (including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit), a judge of a United States bankruptcy court, United States magistrate judges, a judge of the Court of Federal Claims, and a judge of the Court of International Trade.
