It may be wise to go back and read Sun Tzu. There's a lot there for such a little book. Also, the war is not against a foreign sovereign outside our borders. It is an enemy embedded within (the worst most difficult kind).

Yes, it is war, but not with musket & cannon, but it is war, world wide. Here is the pertinent Sun Tzu quote: Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move (strike), fall like a thunderbolt. (enemy has no chance, total victory)
