Interesting thing about this is we know Chump don’t give a shit about people not being paid during a shutdown. He lacks the capacity to care. So why would he warn POTUS not to do it again? He knows the left media (all) will pin another shutdown and it’s resulting “problems” on POTUS and that’s what Chump wants to happen. He is doing what he is told to do and the left raises him as a hero.
