Constellation Brands plans in early November to open the doors of The Prisoner’s new house, two years after the New York State-based public company purchased the label from Napa-based Huneeus Vintners for $286 million.

The renovated winery, which features a fireplace filled with metal balls and chains in its tasting room, is the former home of the Franciscan brand. Renovations started about a year ago.

Winemaker Chrissy Wittman said all The Prisoner wines will be produced at the winery on Galleron Road. (Has to be close to Kate Spade's place).

The Eerie Similarities Between the Deaths of Kate Spade, Alexander McQueen and L’Wren Scott

In 2010, Alexander McQueen was found dead by hanging. Four years later, L’Wren Scott was found dead by hanging. Four years later, Kate Spade was found dead by hanging. There is a bizarre pattern happening here involving some of the world’s most successful and most influential fashion creators.

All three designers had ties with the world elite and all three lost their lives in similar circumstances. One cannot ignore the grim symbolism associated with these deaths: McQueen was found inside his wardrobe (wear clothes are stored) while Scott and Spade were found hanging from scarves (a fashion accessory). Is there a message being sent here? Coming from an industry that is bent on death culture, dark rituals and occult symbolism, it wouldn’t be surprising.

EX-ROTHSCHILD FOUND HANGING FROM DOORKNOB

49-year-old Annabelle Neilson's body was discovered hanging from a doorknob in the bathroom of her $4.1 million mansion on Thursday, but news of her sudden and tragic death has only just been made public. Police have yet to confirm the cause of her death, and haven't ruled out drug or alcohol use, but say they are "not treating it as suspicious.

Neilson was previously married to Nathaniel Rothschild - son of Lord Jacob Rothschild and heir to his family's fortune - for three years after a six-year relationship. After divorcing Rothschild she was reportedly forced to sign a confidentiality agreement and rescind the dynastic name.

Since splitting with the banking heir, she was in an extremely close relationship with fashion designer Alexander McQueen who also died in eerily similar circumstances to Neilson. McQueen's death was announced on the afternoon of 11 February 2010. In the morning, his housekeeper found him hanging from a doorknob at his home in Green Street, London W1.

Looked at the list of assets and Auberge Du Soleil jumped out. Here's what I found.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been having corporate executives and billionaires for private lobbying conferences at her Napa hotel Auberge Du Soleil. The gatherings in the past also included Obama's chief of staff David Axelrod. These corporate bosses invited by Pelosi have the opportunity to privately lobby the Democratic leader about more corporate tax breaks, subsidies and deals benefiting the profits of these multi-national companies while US workers are laid off due to outsourcing.

At the same time, Speaker Pelosi and her husband run 100% non union operations at their winery, hotel and Piatti restaurant chain yet they proclaim that they are pro-union. Additionally although Speaker Pelosi has said she wants to clean up the corrupt swamp of Congress representatives who use their positions to benefit themselves she is precisely doing the same thing by having these corporate executives come to her hotel. Is this duplicitous or what?

In two weeks, Nancy Pelosi and her husband, Paul, will host a two-day retreat at a Mediterranean-style inn in Napa Valley, just down the street from the legendary French Laundry restaurant. The guests, as in years past, will include some of her biggest benefactors and some of the most prominent names in corporate California; often they are one and the same.

Financier Bill Hambrecht, who helped Apple (AAPL) and Google (GOOG) go public, usually attends the annual conference, as do Charles Geschke, the co-founder of Adobe Systems (ADBE), and California commercial real estate developer George Marcus.

The retreat is part thank-you, part intellectual gabfest. Last year's theme was the economy; guests were briefed by White House adviser David Axelrod.

Nancy Pelosi’s socialist political views are exactly what have kept her elected in San Francisco, along with the flow of union campaign money. The staunch “union supporter” Pelosi has even received the Cesar Chavez Award from the United Farm Workers Union. But her $25 million Napa vineyards and winery, she and her husband own is a non-union shop.

The hypocrisy doesn’t stop there. Pelosi has received more money from the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees union than any other member of Congress in recent election cycles.

The multi-millionaire investors own a large stake in an exclusive resort hotel in Wine Country, the Napa Valley Auberge Du Soleil Resort. It has more than 250 employees. But none of them are in a union, according to Peter Schweizer, author of “Do As I Say, (Not As I Do) – Hypocrisy of Democrats” and a regular contributor to the New York Times.

Pelosi is also partners in a restaurant chain called Piatti, which has 900 employees. The chain is – you might have guessed — a non-union shop.

The 68-year-old Pelosi has spent more money on facelifts and cosmetic enhancements, and Armani suits than any self-centered, faded Hollywood star. But does Pelosi represent your 68-year-old grandma’s values?

Pelosi Says She’s a ‘Lioness’ When It Comes to Protecting Children Except Unborn Ones

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) . . . described herself as a “lioness” when it comes to protecting children. She was describing her attitude toward the plight of illegal immigrants invading our southern border.

Of course, her “lioness” ethic does not extend to children in the womb:

“Nancy Pelosi accepted Planned Parenthood’s highest honor – the Margaret Sanger Award – at their annual gala. Now, that’s enough to make most people’s blood boil.

“Sanger – the founder of Planned Parenthood – was a racist eugenicist who called African Americans, immigrants and the poor ‘human weeds,’ ‘reckless breeders,’ ‘spawning … human beings who never should have been born.’”

If Pelosi is a lioness about illegal immigrant children, then why doesn’t she put up some of these children in her home? Nancy Pelosi and her husband are multimillionaires. They own Napa vineyards and a winery worth more than $25 million. She could put these illegals to work. Isn’t this what amnesty all about? Cheap employment.

Pelosi has large financial holding in the Auberge du Soleil in Napa, Calif., and the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif. Both of these resorts are very upscale, with rooms ranging from $525-$3,750 a night. They employ over 250 individuals, but neither allows employees to unionize.

Pelosi hires different firms to harvest the grapes from her vineyard each year. However, each firm neglected to be a part of the United Farm Workers.

The UFW is the very program Cesar Chavez formed to protect migrant workers from being exploited by vineyard owners, like Pelosi.

The grapes from Pelosi’s vineyard have gone to many non-union wineries such as Liparia Cellars, Roche, Ravenswood Winery and the Charlore Wine Group.

First Look: Political fixer's Wine Country estate hits market for $12.4 million

Sonoma County-based developer Darius Anderson is looking to sell his 76-acre, 6-bedroom, two-residence estate in Kenwood for $12.4 million.

The property, known as the Kenwood Ranch, at 10420-10440 White Fang Glen — complete with paved roads, an 8-acre vineyard, a baseball diamond and sculpture gardens by Burning Man artist Bryan Tedrick — first went on the market in the middle of last year for $15.6 million. The ranch came out unscathed from the wildfires that barreled through nearby towns and vineyards alike in 2017.

Anderson, CEO of Kenwood Investments and lobbying firm Platinum Advisors, whose client list has included PG&E, Tesla and AT&T, has now slashed the price by $3.2 million for the entire ranch, with the option to buy one of three already divided parcels individually.

Graton Expectations

How lobbyist and media investor Darius Anderson and a senator’s son gambled and lost their bid for a big casino payday.

Sonoma County resident Darius Anderson is one of California’s most powerful men. For decades he has advised and raised campaign funds for prominent state Democrats, including Willie L. Brown, Nancy Pelosi, Jerry Brown, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris.

Anderson’s Sacramento lobbying firm, Platinum Advisors, advertises that it generates “billions of dollars in work for our clients” by navigating their deals through mazes of government bureaucracy. Anderson’s Kenwood Investments is developing Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay, in partnership with public and private entities.

But one deal Anderson tried to navigate more than a decade ago ended with a finding of fraud directed at another investment company owned by Anderson, Kenwood No. 2.

Anderson, 53, is the managing member and chairman of Sonoma Media Investments, which owns the Press Democrat and its affiliate publications. He promotes himself as a champion of liberal social causes, a philanthropist, a public servant, a man of integrity who cares about his community—especially racial minorities. That image has not survived judicial scrutiny.

Ex-FEMA head named to lead Wine Country fire rebuilding effort

James Lee Witt, a former national director of FEMA, was named executive director Wednesday of the most prominent nonprofit agency helping businesses and residents recover from the Wine Country fires.

Witt, who ran the Federal Emergency Management Agency under President Bill Clinton, said his focus as head of Rebuild North Bay will be on squeezing federal, state and local dollars to their last penny so that everybody can “build back better and safer, and build back with more resiliency than ever before.”

A group of North Bay politicians and business leaders formed the nonprofit shortly after the fires broke out Oct. 8 and devastated more than 300 square miles of wildland and neighborhoods, particularly in Santa Rosa and the famed Napa region wine corridors. The formation effort is being led by Darius Anderson, a local political strategist and philanthropist who co-owns the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.

National Exclusive: Former Sen. Barbara Boxer’s Son and California Powerbroker Found Bilking Indian Tribe

Judges Find Breach of Contract and Trust

Darius Anderson is one of California’s most powerful men. He promotes himself as a champion of liberal social causes, a philanthropist, a public servant, a man of integrity who cares about his community—especially racial minorities.

That image has not survived judicial scrutiny. A panel of arbitration judges has found that a company controlled by Anderson and his partner, Douglas Boxer, the son of former Senator Barbara Boxer, defrauded its Native American clients in a Bay Area casino deal. The partners convinced the Federated Indians of the Graton Rancheria to buy undevelopable swamp land in which they themselves held a large interest. They then made a secret deal with a Las Vegas gambling corporation in which they benefited at the Graton tribe’s expense.

For decades Anderson has advised and raised campaign funds for prominent state Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi, leader of the Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives, and Jerry Brown, governor of the west coast state.

Another of his high-profile clients is Barbara Boxer, the longtime U.S. senator from California who retired in 2017. Her son Douglas partnered with Anderson in what judges found to be acts of fraud and deception against the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria that began after Sen. Boxer pushed through legislation restoring the tribe’s sovereignty and granting it the right to run a casino.

Rubio was incensed that the first act of newly inaugurated Speaker Pelosi, a career politician who hails from San Francisco, was to insert taxpayer-funded abortion language into a bill that would otherwise end the current government shutdown.

Pelosi’s sleight of hand included an attempt to overturn the Trump administration’s “Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance” policy, which bans the U.S. government from funding of abortions internationally.

Pelosi’s insertion into government funding bill also would add $5 million to the United Nations Population Fund, to which the U.S. already contributes $32.5 million annually.

LifeNews, a pro-life media outlet, reported that Pelosi is trying to restore $100 million that President Trump took away from Planned Parenthood when he administratively defunded taxpayer-supported worldwide abortions during his first week in office.

LittleSis: Cuomo Donors Poised to Profit from Legalized Marijuana

In his State of the State speech unveiling his 2019 priorities, newly re-elected New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo announced his intent to legalize cannabis for adult consumers and “develop an industry that empowers poor communities, not rich corporations” (emphasis in the original) less than two years after saying he does not support legalization and calling cannabis a “gateway drug.”

Richard and Robert Sands and Constellation Brands

Some of Cuomo’s biggest donors are Richard and Robert Sands, the owners of Constellation Brands, one of the largest beer, wine, and liquor distributors in the world. Constellation Brands recently expanded its portfolio to cannabis, acquiring a 9.9% stake in Canopy Growth, a Canadian marijuana and hemp producer in October 2017, which it then increased to 38% in August 2018, just after the New York State Department of Health released its study of the impacts of legalization.

Sonoma County not a stranger to human trafficking

According to the Sonoma County Gazette, 43 percent of human trafficking in California takes place in the Bay Area. With this large and surprising statistic, young people are at a high risk, especially college students.

Human trafficking is a prevalent epidemic in Sonoma County, as well as in many college towns around the world. Since students often struggle with financial issues, this makes them the perfect target for traffickers to lure them into their dangerous traps. Knowing the warning signs of trafficking and what to avoid can be a lifesaver for many young men and women who could be vulnerable.

California's New Generation: Agustin Huneeus Jr.

When Agustin Sr. and partners sold the company to Constellation in 1999, Agustin Jr. stayed onboard and expanded his father's legacy, but he's savvy enough to know that people still whisper a certain word: nepotism. That's enough to keep an edge on any 36-year-old.

As chief executive of Constellation Brands' fine-wine division, he is running one of the largest wine companies in the country, producing 2 million cases annually with brands like Simi, Ravenswood, Franciscan and Chile's Veramonte, which had combined gross revenues of $185 million last year. You also have to consider that "Jr." attached to his name. His father, Agustin Huneeus Sr., built Concha y Toro into Chile's largest winery, and in California created a small empire around Franciscan Winery.

That blend of youthful energy and business acumen is what appealed to Richard Sands, CEO of Constellation Brands. "He has energy and passion, and he thinks outside the box," Sands says. "As far as nepotism, that has never been a concern of mine. My father put me in charge of this business when I was 32."

Okay, so here's a connection between Constellation (Richard & Robert Sands), Huneeus Jr. & Sr. and Rothschilds

Surprise Rothschild bid for Napa winery / Three partners would produce a new luxury brand.

If the joint venture is finalized, each of the new company's three partners – Chalone and Lafite Rothschild owner Domaines Barons de Rothschild (DBR); Constellation Wines, a division of Constellation Brands of Fairport, N.Y.; and Huneeus Vintners, owner of Quintessa Estate in St. Helena – will contribute assets, share a sales force and split profits from the new company.

The joint venture, which has not been named, will be run by Agustin Francisco Huneeus, who is part of a powerful Chilean winemaking family led by his father, Agustin Huneeus. The elder Huneeus and his wife Valeria own the 10, 000-case, $100-per-bottle Quintessa brand.

Constellation will contribute $54 million in cash, plus a 280-acre vineyard in Oakville valued at $27.2 million, to the joint venture. The Huneeus family will offer net assets of $68 million – the Quintessa winery, vineyard and brand, minus Quintessa's debt. DBR will offer its Chalone shares, worth $51.4 million, plus an additional $10 million in cash.

I've noticed a lot of performing arts centers

Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center

3355 Marvin Sands Drive

Canandaigua, NY 14424

In early 2005, a group of community leaders met with Richard Sands, Chairman of Constellation Brands, and Rob Sands, President & CEO of Constellation Brands, to discuss how their leadership, along with others in the community might pull together in continuing Marvin’s dream and ensuring that the center would not ‘go dark.’

In recent years, CMAC has attracted sold out shows and top-notch musical performers such as: Dave Matthews, Kenny Chesney, Sugarland, Lady Antebellum, Bob Dylan, Mumford & Sons, Kid Rock, Snoop Dogg, The Allman Brothers and Lynyrd Skynyrd. CMAC also accommodates musical theatre, dance, ballet and children’s activities in addition to being the summer home of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra.

Sonoma Power Broker Darius Anderson Signs on as PG&E Lobbyist

Darius Anderson lobbies for PG&E as rebuilds the North Bay……Hmmmm

As he sets out to lead the way in rebuilding the North Bay after the October wildfires, Sonoma County developer, newspaper owner and Democratic Party power broker Darius Anderson’s Platinum Advisors is also lobbying on behalf of PG&E’s post-fire interests in Sacramento.

According to the California Secretary of State (see graphic above), Platinum Advisors was hired by the utility on March 28, just as a Senate bill that’s squarely targeted at PG&E’s fire liability was scheduled to make its way through the committee process in the Senate.
