can confirm, to an extent. My workplace relies on google business. When I came in this morning (9AM PST) there were dozens of messages from GOOG saying "We think this google product is having issues" followed by "we think this google product is resolved for most" followed by "this product is working for most and should continue to get better"
That's moderately rare; only seen a half dozen over a weekend usually, and rarely more than once a quarter. But this weekend, everything went tits up.
