Yeah, Harris is not black. Hell, the Jamaican part is Irish, but the are pushing her as black. Still the point is that she is a descendant of slave owners and that meme would be more effective than the Willie Brown affair.

Nobody cares about the affair, but the slave owner bit could have legs since she's already perceived as having done damage to the black community.
