Any lawfags here? This doesn't even seem legal. Passing a bill to make the electorial voters vote a specific way. There's a reason for the electorial system, particularly with no voter ID and we have waaaay too much voter fraud going on. Shit, 1.5 million dead voters in CA and 58,000 illegals voting in the Texas election. We absolutely cannot count on the "popular" vote because non citizens are voting.
