Meh, different perspectives on what is relevant discussion.

I have little desire for discussion of events. Those of us with an eye for the future find it kind of frivolous and menial.

Mueller is limited in what he can prosecute. Keep in mind his role in the FBI and Uranium 1. He would have to recuse himself from those cases and couldn't prosecute them. It would have to be by referral.

Investigators and prosecutors have the ability to refer cases to prosecutors when they come across evidence of a crime when it is outside of their jurisdiction or a case they can't directly prosecute.
