The non-apostrophe apostrophes are suspicious. Image is one example but it is consistent. Is there any type of software that would trigger this? I have only come across it rarely. One time that comes to mind was one of those sketchy MP3 download sites from 10 years or so ago, I think it was based in Russia or maybe eastern Europe. I think I may have one or two MP3s from there (research purposes only of course) that use the ` symbol instead of an apostrophe. Really awkward. Makes me suspicious that it's a LARPer from Russia or eastern Europe using a VPN to make IP look American.

The second line in the image is interesting though, if anyone cares to take a look through POTUS's twats from the weekend.

No, you're thinking of this (tilde): ~

(same key, but with shift pressed).

` is a grave accent.
