My opinion? Three categories.

It could be a legitimate insider posting information. People in official positions tend to be rather easily swayed into believing they are smart enough to be relevant, and therefor tend to be easy to convince of disinformation. Many in the FBI who are aware of Q are likely of the opinion it is some politician, pundit, or troll on the internet because that is what their network is telling them, and "let's be reasonable." POTUS is not coming to the chans.
People take life too seriously to realize what is important, it often seems.

The deep state will try to create their own Q. This is how they have worked in the past. The classic "limited hangout" - they provide accurate, but limited drops to media and journalists to keep them fixated on a controlled system of information. The message will ultimately be: "hey, look, no Trump collusion, Obama FBI bad, wow, what a scandal. That whole Q thing was just a disgruntled employee who got a little carried away."
The goal is to try and shunt the credibility of Q in the eyes of normal institutions and to buy them time to contain the current loss. They will sacrifice the Clintons and Obama to keep the consequences from rolling further.
