there are lots of little family farms that were in are that were dirt poor until the Eagle Ford oil boom and some of those families still had mineral rights. some farms as small as 640 acres are drawing in 100.000's of thousands every month in royalty checks and some have to invest which would explain the large amount of money. Unless they are also including money from other sources…
