I have no idea. I got this picture from here months ago.
I think the story around it was someone in the NYPD got it. Cops were out for cabal blood but then I think Debbie Wasserman got involved and shut it down with threats. I still don't know the whole story.
Maybe other anons know and can fill in blanks?
It's a photo that apparently came off Weiner'a laptop. NYPD wanted to go public but Debbie Wasserman came on scene and threatened the sheriff or something. Will look for video of that press conference.
Anyway, it's a very disturbing photo (or screencap) of child murder. Makes you take to your knees and pray to the Lord. Awful. Attaching it here again as a SPOILER.

I tried digging on the NYPD story but it's not happening for me. It's either buried or wiped or I'm just not digging deep enough. Anons definitely told me the Weiner laptop situation had many officers riled up.
