POLITICAL ELIGIBILITY AMENDMENT:
1) No person holding citizenship in any other country may be eligible to vote in any federal election, nor may such person hold any federal position, elected or appointed.
2) No person, either in the capacity of their commercial enterprise or as a private citizen, who is the recipient of federal funding may be eligible to vote in any federal election.
