also within those posts is an IP address for softlayer technologies in Chantilly Virginia- a cloud based data storage company started in 2005, purchased by IBM i 2013. Apparently Softlayer has "federal data centers". seems softlayer services include patents, intellectual property. they have a page about subpoenas….and a warning to clients participating in "illegal activities".
