An ex-army relative of mine has a friend who is a marine officer and he just got orders that he is on standby for presidential / congressional funeral detail in D.C…. both of them have never heard of such a thing and are not sure what it means… could be some retired senator has passed or like most of us are likely thinking here… it could be RBG
