What if — the extremely late term abortion laws passed/considered in various states is a way to put the abortion question back on the SC of the US docket and again create big theater in the Senate during the next nominee’s confirmation.

As other anons have suggested, POTUS needs to pick a nominee with little to no written opinions regarding abortion and Roe v Wade and watch the lib’s heads explode when the nominee takes the standard line of no being able to pre-judge any issue without first seriously considering the facts of that particular case.
