1 vid of moon appearance (over Arizona) and the angle of the moon not being at the "normal" as seen by Earth at a 23 degree tilt.

the other vid attempted to measure the variance occuring in the Earth axis tilt showing that it is "wobbling" between 19 and 23 degrees of tilt, which could explain the varying appearance of moon orientation in the sky and how this variance may be related to the polar votex location/latitude
