POTUS is speaking TO the Congress ( as required by the constitution ) in front of the American people. If he lies to Congress he can be impeached therefore his words will be true. Stacey will call him a liar. Is she too speaking TO Congress in front of the American people? one or the other will be lying and we need to see arrest or impeachment
