Look at the specific areas of these outbreaks… and the fact that these are some of the biggest liberal cities where the Obama-era unaccompanied minors got dumped. Remember how our government REFUSED to tell the local governments they were dumping illegals? Those illegals weren't screened and held for vaccinations like they did decades ago on Ellis Island. No, they were simply put on planes and disbursed among the population.
