When your political front becomes a high school debate club
After you get all the members to be qualified to serve, by existing rules (citizenship, duly elected, non corrupt, no felonies) and then if you drug tested, and then required an IQ test (ie they have to score high as on an sat but civics focus) we would maybe have ten people left to run the government.
Wouldnt that be glorious?
