It's a collection that was made by a person.
The person collected and tagged memes that seemed useful but never collected some of the memes either because I cannot seem to work more than 16 hours a day or because there were some gaps in collection due to a physical issue for a month or so around December 2017-January 2018. After that, collection began in earnest.
Moreover, even if the original meme artists whoever they were put steganographic messages into their memes – and who would know that other than their intended recipients who would have a password to unlock the coded messages – (I certainly don't) – such messages would not be harmful.
They are just memes collected by a person that seemed to be useful to our cause, for twatter ammo. After a certain date many of the memes that were originally PNG files were automatically converted to JPG with image compression to save space in the database.
