Biggest problem I've found is temporarily overdosing on nicotine. Not fatal and something an increased sugar intake can sort out in a couple of hours.
Even if they do manage to get this done (which they won't) it would come back to bite them at some stage. Same as the way they changed SCOTUS confirmation to a simple majority.
It just shows they react to events, they don't cause them.
