It's not quite that bad.
After studying the actual science papers on this phenomenon closely I've concluded there is no evidence women soak up male DNA from semen. They do however get imprinted by the DNA of a fetus they are carrying.
It's the pregnancy that causes this, due to the thin blood barrier between mother and fetus, not random sex that doesn't cause a pregnancy.
However, random sex may have caused a pregnancy that ended in an early spontanous abortion, and in that way a childless promiscuous woman may be carrying DNA from former sex partners after all. Feel free enter a puritan panic right here.
Another source of male DNA in a woman is if she had a twin brother in the womb, even if the twin died long before the pregnancy. In that case the woman will be born with some male DNA - that of her unborn brother's.
