The way to do it, is to simply take time to center yourself and fill yourself with Love and Joy and Gratitude and Appreciation every day.
Don't look for an external reason to feel this way, just do it internally, to become a beacon of light that creates the external reality rather than just reacts to it passively.
I'd say he needs his world to fit together nicely to have the strength to go on.
Meaning, he can't take being "woke" if that means accepting pretty much everything school and media has taught him was a lie, making him stand alone against a torrent of evil. He just doesn't have the required level of psychological fortitude to choose the red pill. Not everyone does.

I'll just try to explain it to you one final time:
If you put a brick on top of another brick, the second brick exerts pressure on the first brick. Keep piling on more bricks to build a tower, and eventually the pressure grows to the point where the material bricks are made of can't take any more pressure. At that point the bottom bricks pulverize, and the tower comes tumbling down.
No matter what material you use to build a tower, there will be a maximum height you can reach before the tower crumbles under its own weight.
The impossibly giant "trees" you think existed in the past far exceed this maximum achievable height for any kind of physical matter that exists in this Universe, which means the can not have existed, and therefore they did not exist.
If you still can't understand why your video is nonsense, then you truly are a brainlet.
The reason no-one is willing to go through the effort of "proving" to you the Earth is round, is because the proposition it is not is ridiculous.
But I'll be nice and give you a hint how you can easily prove it to yourself:
Go look up time tables for airlines flying various destinations around the globe. Chart them on a globe and on a proposed flat earth model. Note how the time spent traveling fits perfectly with the theory the world is round, and doesn't fit at all with the theory the earth is flat.
But you will of course not take the effort to do this exercise, because you are a Flat Earth tard. Or a shill. Hard to tell.
