Now that I'm re-reading it, the plan to determine the mental health of new mothers and their 'psychoses' was set up in Obamacare! Oh hell, THAT is why Tran was talking about the mother's mental health. It was their plan all along. Have the mother declared mental during labor but if that doesn't work, have a state appointed expert make the same declaration, take the child and put him/her into the system. Geeze-o-whiz. Evil isn't even the word.
