This is all open source, look up the BIS(Bank of International Settlements), it controls all central banks which is a Vatican bank, what controls everything…money. There are three countries within countries with their own rules, police force, etc. They are Washington, DC = military arm, District of London = financial, and The Vatican = religious/spiritual.
