Reading about the military base out in the desert had me thinking again about the vineyards along the Napa River. We know that these vineyards have tunnels and caves built on their properties. I started looking into the Napa River. Well it seems in about 2002 or so, the owners got together (31 vineyards) and came up with the Rutherford Dust System. They used a lot of their own money and gave up approx. 21 acres of their property that backs up to the Napa River to restore, shore up, build an erosion system to restore the river to its prior beauty. Who is to say if they decided to build connecting tunnels along this stretch. The Napa River flows through St. Helena down and out to the San Pablo Bay out to the Pacific Ocean. From Sea to Shining Sea. Guess where they started the restoration at? That’s right, Zinfandel Lane in St. Helena and then it went along the Napa River. Pelosi owns her vineyard located on Zinfandel Lane. Coincidence? Let’s not get started on that. The money flows and all things end in Rome as some Anon stated the other day.

They gave up acreage to make this happen and it started at Zinfandel Lane where Pelosi has her vineyard. I think they built a tunnel or passage of some type along the river. They paid a lot with their own money to see it happen. The Napa River dumps into San Pablo Bay which dumps into the San Fran Bay which dumps into the Pacific. I think there is something there. The money is kids trafficking.
