Other day we were looking for the original Order appointing Mueller as Special Counsel, defining the scope of the SC investigation.
Happened across it today.
It's our recollection (can't find the sauce) that we were told the scope had been altered (broadened) by Rosenstein in a subsequent Order … then later trimmed back to the original scope by Whitaker.
