But it is SO UNUSUAL for a callsign to have just 2 characters. Most have 5-6 characters, typically 4 letters + 2 digits.

Is the Trump Admin capable of sending up a drone and setting its callsign to PP and having it orbit around a place marked Keystone on the map? Yes.

It is a possibility. This is not proof but it is an indication that we MIGHT be on the right track. We autists deal in probabilities more than certainties, many times.
