There's 2 guys chat with on a train once or twice a week. They work for the Army Corps of Engineers. I have not seen them in 3 months. Last thing said when I asked if you guys are building the wall…"yeah, we've been working on at a long time". That could have just meant years past, or whatever. Maybe the existing wall was planned/built by them? No idea. Just thought it was cool. I would have asked a hell of a lot more if I know he would disappear. Halloween was last encounter.
