You can't get blood donated by children but for research and growth, meats et al, if you have a living child and take 6 pints of "young" blood then add 6 pints of regular same type blood, WTF would know? just like a infanticide abortion. take the baby say it was aborted, free baby.
so any woman, any child, anybody goes under anesthesia could be "Harvested" of their blood easy peasy!
