In the event of Plan Z, the media would be totally taken over and evidence would be shown that proves what has been going on. The members of the media who would have presented such a portrayal, arrested.
That's a good point. I do think that since this is a world wide operation, many of the international media outlets will be compelled to report truthfully. Their only motive not to do so would be if they were also implicated, which could easily be made public as well.
