Ex-NSA Spies Ran UAE Intelligence Unit Which Hacked Dissidents

Just a bit of additional information from a personal note. The UAE controls access to the internet and shut it down at will. They also do not allow use of VPNs by citizens. Wouldn't be that difficult to spy on a population that way.
