They are two different questions for a reason.

"Is Satan real?" (answer: "Yes.")

But Q, knowing that atheists and agnostics are also in his/her/their audience, doesn't want to alienate them by assuming that everyone of the Anon's answer is going to be the same. Instead, he wants to draw all of us into the conversation; into Q's point of view. So, in the form of the Socratic Method, he counters any disbelieving Anon's doubts with a reasonable question, as if to say: "Let's imagine that there is no specific entity called Satan," then he counters with the query

"Is the THOUGHT of Satan real?"

Q is attempting to wrestle people out of the crippling mindset of assuming that there are no supernatural entities at work in and around all of the Secret Societies and those who perform these vile, bloody rituals under cover of darkness. He is not trying cast doubt on the existence of evil personified. He is trying to convince you that these "sick people" are worshiping a Being. They didn't just randomly pick up their habits and proclivities like a drug user who got addicted to Vicodin, and eventually moved on to Heroin. They belong to an organised system of worship, just as worshipers of Jesus Christ. They sought out the Occult. They didn't just "happen into" Satanism. They worship an evil entity who demands and receives from them, blood sacrifice. They are not just criminal; they are not just bad people who like torturing animals and humans for 'kicks.' (not just,) They have a lord and master who demands such atrocities at their hands in order to maintain his 'contact' with them, information sharing with them, his 'power' with them. Some are low-level; others are very high up in the Occult.

Q is attempting to warn you that your ignorance of Satan's existence does not make the 'Devil' go away. His minions are at work in, among, and around these people. They are 'protected' to a certain degree. If you are going to do battle with them effectively, you must CHOSE a side.

Q gently informs you of the correct side by posting:

"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devilโ€™s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints."

โ€“ Ephesians 6:10-18

You can't battle correctly on the physical plane if you are unaware of the resistance you face from the unseen dimension.

Q is saying: "this is real. Now what are you going to do?"

CHOOSE A SIDE, and ARMOR UP.

You think acknowledging that evil entities exist, and that somebody without knowledge might need help to take some their minons down is "pushing a religious agenda?"

Did I invite you to church?

Did I tell you that you're going to heaven or hell?

Nope. I only gave an objective overview of what I think Q is saying. Why is that so objectionable?

That's some kinda serious blinders you've got on, buddyโ€ฆ

Catholics believe a lot of things that are not in the actual Bible.

Purgatory, Confession (to a priest,) Infant Baptism, Transubstantiation, Mary Worship, (and a whole bunch of other stuff based on the random writings of priests and 'saints' down through the centuries.)

Catholics are to Protestantism what Talmudic Jews are to ancient (Biblical) Judaism.

(They have their own extra-biblical writings upon which they base all sorts of ritualistic 'sacraments.')

In short, NO- Catholics and Protestants do not get all they believe from "the same book." They do not.

As I said, it's the difference between a Talmud (writings of the Babylonian 'elders') follower, and an adherent to Old Testament Judaism.

If you do not distinguish between these things, I cannot enlighten you further on this board.

(You can google it though.)
