The Chancellor goes offline - at least on Facebook: Angela Merkel will close her page in the social network shortly. This was announced by the former CDU leader on Friday on her channel. But she did not share the exact time of the shutdown.
In a half-minute video message, Merkel addresses her approximately 2.5 million fans and thanks them for their support.
