A deep fake, by definition, would be Ergodan saying what she said, not a completely different person. Erdogan barely moved in that footage. Any fake video that doesn't include body movements that can be checked by biometrics is not a deep fake, its only fake.
Funny how the fake video asked if it was a "deep fake"… they are trying very hard to make that mean any fake, not just something that is indistinguishable from the real thing using all known types of verification.
