So I've been here (following Q) since October 2017, and I just discovered that someone from the U. S Department of Defense looked me up on LinkedIn.

Speaking of the students, a friend in New England tells me a lot of the state schools there have been infiltrated by China. Some labs at a Massachusetts university have been given over to the Chinese, and student population has dramatically increased in numbers of Chinese nationals.

My question is why? Who got paid to make that happen? How does those changes at local colleges and universities benefit the interests of the local states and the United States?
