radiofag here - no one is trying to find what the issue is here, or at least they're not asking someone who knows shit about RF. a directional antenna (even home-made), $10 rtl-sdr and a laptop with free software is all it would take to identify the direction of the source of the jamming signal as well as the frequency(ies) where the interference is seen. ANY ham would be happy to do this for free because it would be fun for them…
