me, a german, needs some input and source concerning shutdown #2 for a wakeup call:

don't know when and where, but somebody said that those in congress, that will go on vacation on shutdown #2 are out. does anybody have a quick source for this (law) and 2 sentences who (if) can kick those individuals. or did i misunderstood something.
