Fine as long as (1) anti-trust laws are upheld (yeah right) so we have the option of choosing a non-commie provider, and (2) full transparency about how they operate is required w/ huge penalties for failure to accurately describe policies.

I'd consider West Virginia. I don't have any specific recommendations but I'm looking into that state myself. Low cost of living and solidly conservative. TX is going to turn blue - demographics are destiny! Sadly. What part of FL are you leaving? How far south are you? St. Augustine is a nice conservative area.
