Numberfag here. Under the assumption that PP is the keystone, I’ve been looking into a PP’s financial statements. I noticed in PP's financials for the year ended June 30, 2017, that there was an new line item in PP's net assets footnote called "Planned Parenthood Initiatives." Not only is that vague, but the dollar amount is extremely material for PP at roughly $66.1 million. Then you look below that and the Initiatives are described as, "to provide additional funding for future assistance to various PP Affiliates' initiatives." The timing of this amount at June 30, 2017 and the amount really caught my eye. I think this deserves further digging.

These financials are in a governmaental basis of accounting, since they are a ‘Non-profit.’ If you want to think about it as an income statement item, then just take the change from the prior year: $66.1 million this yeah minus $0.0 million last year still nets a $66.1 million increase in a special ‘PP Initiative.’
