For the second time this week, Xbox users have found themselves unable to access their Live accounts.
Gamers around the world reported problems with Xbox Live Friday morning, with many complaining they can’t log in at all.
Others have said they can't access content they've purchased.
Xbox has confirmed the issue and says it is working on a solution, as complaints rack up by the thousands.
The problems started cropping up around 11 a.m. (ET) and quickly multiplied; by noon, thousands of reports were logged from the United States and Europe.
Most people are having issues with online play (47 percent), while many can’t login at all (35 percent), according to DownDetector.
Another 16 percent have said they’re having trouble with the Xbox Store.
It's the second major issue to hit the platform in a matter of days, and Xbox says it's working to sort out the problems.
'If you’re running into errors attempting to sign in or access previously purchased content, our teams are aware and working to identify the cause,' Xbox Support tweeted Friday.
