White Paper (from 1996-1998!!) of US military openly speaking about energy weapons, implying have them in usage already during 1994!!

I recommend reading the White Paper by US military from 1996 for 2025 "space" weapon plans (Global Area Strike System), including ideas of usage of energy weapons. It's possible that these have been in use during 9/11 when the Twin Towers collapsed.

The description ranges from NPB, DEW to the general topic on how military space operations should operate in 2025 (visionary from 1994). Most of the technology was already available during the 2000s and were used in many events, including California fires (DEW).

In 2025, it is likely the United States will have fewer forces.1 Most of these forces will be

based in the continental US (CONUS). They will be responsible for a variety of missions that will
